Well, it happened to us. We fell into the abyss of blogging that is the first week back. It was just so hard. I remember seeing other people's blogs and thinking, "You are finally home! Post something!!!"
We have been doing great. Zain is wonderful. He is adjusting beautifully. We just took a family photo, so I thought I would share it with all of you. Thanks, Jason, for taking it!
This weekend the Olsons come to visit, Zain gets dedicated, and we go to Chicago for readoption court. And then all will be official and we will get a name change. Everything is wonderful!

How did you get a re-adoption done, so quick? Usually, you need the 3-month adoption report done by a social worker first. Who did you use?

We are in the two trip process, so I am not sure how it is different, but we are using Kathleen Hogan Morrison. Our agency recommended her (Lutheran Child and Family Services). It will not be totally final, but we will go before the judge on Monday.

You three look great together! We are still waiting for our embassy date. We were told the two dates in Jan are the 12th or the 26th. We are praying for a miracle so that we can go for the earlier date. We are missing our little guy so much and can't wait to get back to him again. Happy New Year!!!
SO EXCITING!!!! I too am curious about how you get the re-adoption done so quickly!! Please post about that for us! We are heading back to ET on the 9th to bring our M home. We miss him like crazy time 50!

What size is Zain? We just took tons of clothing to Good Will but will hang on to stuff now...Sam is in 18 mos but should be growing out of those soon. you are welcome to them.
I really like the pics. I am so happy that you got him. HE IS SO CUTE. I really want to see him.
